Who We're Hoping to Find

We would love to connect with therapists who:

  • Have a passion for Christian counseling and integrating faith into therapy

  • Are interested in developing or expanding a clinical specialty

  • Are compassionate, authentic, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people

  • Want the freedom and flexibility of private practice while still being part of a team

  • Are comfortable with a gradual caseload build

Open Positions: Fully Licensed Clinicians – SC LMFT, SC LPC, SC LMFT-S, SC LPC-S, SC LISW-CP

If you are not fully licensed, please email me at haleycrawfordcounseling@gmail.com to make sure we have not hired an on-site supervisor yet. If we have, we will be able to hire an associate-level clinician.

What You Can Expect

  • W2 Positon

  • Benefits: At this time, Upstate Christian Counseling does not offer employer-sponsored health insurance, retirement benefits, or paid time off. Benefits may be considered as the practice continues to grow.

  • Part-time role, with the potential to grow into a full-time caseload as the practice and their client base continue to grow

  • Insurance-based practice (Most insurances other than Medicaid)

  • Contractors are responsible for managing their own taxes, professional licensure requirements, liability insurance, and some marketing

  • Flexibility in building a schedule that works for their life

  • Opportunities to receive referrals as the practice continues to grow

  • Administrative and billing to be handled for you

  • The opportunity to collaborate and consult with other clinicians

  • Freedom to develop a specialty and build a caseload around the populations you enjoy serving

  • Opportunities for continued growth as Upstate Christian Counseling expands
