Special Interests
You know yourself or your child better than anyone, and lately, something may feel different. Maybe anxiety has started to take up more space. Maybe there is constant overthinking, fear of disappointing others, difficulty managing emotions, or a feeling of being overwhelmed by thoughts that won't go away.
We'll work through these challenges together through open, honest, and curious conversations… conversations where you or your child can bring fears, questions, frustrations, painful experiences, successes, doubts, moments of sadness, moments of joy, and everything in between. My goal is to explore your experiences honestly and deeply without judgment, shame, or oversimplified answers.
I specialize in helping children ages 8–11, teens, and adults navigate anxiety, OCD and intrusive thoughts, panic, depression, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, trauma, and faith-related struggles. I am especially passionate about helping individuals whose OCD or anxiety becomes intertwined with their faith, morality, or fear of disappointing God.
As a Christian counselor, I offer therapy that combines evidence-based approaches with the thoughtful integration of Christian faith for clients who desire it. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from Liberty University and a bachelor's degree in Christian Studies. My background includes working as a School-Based Mental Health Therapist and Elementary School Guidance Counselor, where I gained experience supporting children and adolescents through a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges. In addition to my clinical training, I have also received training in Biblical Counseling.
Therapy is only one part of your life. My hope is that our time together will provide you with insight, coping skills, and strategies that you can carry with you into the rest of your life. While I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches, I believe one of the most important parts of therapy is creating a relationship where you feel safe, comfortable, and understood.
My special interests include:
OCD & Intrusive Thoughts | Religious OCD/Scrupulosity | Anxiety & Panic | Depression | Trauma | Self-Harm | Suicidal Thoughts | Faith-Related Struggles | Emotional Regulation | Coping Skills | Boundaries & People Pleasing | Relationship Issues |
Who I work best with:

I'd love to support you or your child as you take the next step forward. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and you don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. My hope is to meet you with warmth, respect, and genuine care as we work together toward understanding and resilience.
